Instructions:

- Microwave: Reheat at maximum power for 20 to 30 seconds

- Conventional oven: Heat for 10 minutes at 175°F, do not use in a gas oven

- Cooling: Store the pad in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold
