J’ai suivi le chemin classique pour commencer. Purée maison, un peu de texturées, etc. Vers 8 mois, j’ai senti que mon garçon voulait faire comme nous. « Manger » comme papa et maman. Ce que je lui offrait ne le satisfaisait pas. En faisant des recherches, j’ai trouvé « Bébé mange seul ». J’y ai trouvé des trucs sur comment présenter un même aliment plusieurs fois dans la semaine mais de façons différentes , des idées recettes, des astuces, etc. Bref, DME ou pas, mon garçon a maintenant 9 mois et il adore manger seul (presque!) comme papa et maman et c’est grâce à ce calendrier ;) Bravo !
