By entering Charlotte & Charlie's gift registry contest, you agree to the following:
1. The contest is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada.
2. The contest begins on March 20, 2023 and ends on May 14, 2023. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. To enter the contest, the required actions described on the contest page and in these rules must be completed by the participants. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The prize is a $500 Charlotte & Charlie gift card applicable to the winner's gift registry. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5. The gift card is applicable on in-stock products only. Not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
6. Refunds for items purchased with this gift card will be subject to the terms of our return policy and will be issued as a store credit.
7. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the time limit, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
8. Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and residence.
9. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if it is determined that fraud or other causes beyond its control have compromised the integrity of the contest.
10. By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. Personal information collected from participants will not be shared with third parties.
